Yes. Our seasonal Japandi package is $55,000 for 4-room and $60,000 for 5-room BTOs. The full room renders shown on our pricing page are based on the layout of a 4-room Toh Guan Grove unit. The same package and price apply across other developments — our team adapts the layout to your floor plan during sign-up. Additional design styles are being finalised and will be released later in 2026.

Yes. You can take the package as-is, or sit down with our team to personalise elements while keeping full price clarity. Or go fully custom — we'll design from scratch.
