Renowish is a brand operated by Reart Design Pte Ltd (UEN 202135286E), a company registered in Singapore.

When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means Reart Design Pte Ltd operating as Renowish.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide to us through our website. This includes:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Flat type (e.g. 4-room BTO)
• Any message content submitted through our contact or enquiry forms

We do not collect any data automatically, and we do not use tracking technologies beyond the session cookie described in Section 7.

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your renovation enquiry
• To schedule a consultation or follow-up
• To communicate information about our services that is directly relevant to your enquiry

We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

4. How We Collect It

Your data is collected when you submit a contact or enquiry form on renowish.com. Our forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives your submission and forwards it to us by email.

5. How Long We Keep It

We retain your personal data for up to 2 years from the date it was submitted, or until you request that we delete it — whichever comes first.

After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our records.

6. Do We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

The only data sharing that occurs is with Formspree, which processes form submissions on our behalf as described in Section 4. Formspree acts as a data processor and handles data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or by a competent authority in Singapore.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to remember your cookie consent preference (i.e. whether you have dismissed our cookie notice). This cookie contains no personal data and expires at the end of your browsing session.

We do not currently use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated before any such cookies are set.

8. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements
