Renowish is a brand operated by Renowish Pte Ltd (UEN 202515647C), a company registered in Singapore.

When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means Renowish Pte Ltd, the company that operates this website.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide to us through the Wish form on this website. This includes:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your home type (e.g. BTO) and number of rooms
• The renovation scope you select (e.g. Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedrooms)
• Any marks you make on your uploaded floor plan, including the category, sub-type, and notes you add for each mark
• Your design theme selection, or any theme description you write in

We do not collect any data automatically, and we do not currently use any tracking or analytics technologies on this website.

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your renovation wish
• To prepare an accurate quote based on your selections
• To schedule a consultation or follow-up

We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

4. How We Collect It

Your data is collected when you submit the Wish form on renowish.com. Our forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives your submission and forwards it to us by email.

5. How Long We Keep It

We retain your personal data for up to 2 years from the date it was submitted, or until you request that we delete it — whichever comes first.

After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our records.

6. Do We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

The only data sharing that occurs is with Formspree, which processes form submissions on our behalf as described in Section 4. Formspree acts as a data processor and handles data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or by a competent authority in Singapore.

7. Cookies

We use a single piece of browser local storage to remember that you've dismissed our cookie notice. It contains no personal data and is not an HTTP cookie in the traditional sense — it never leaves your browser and is not sent to us or to any third party.

We do not currently use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated before any such cookies are set.

8. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements
